    Excellent overview of the crowdfunding industry. As the article indicates, crowdfunding is an actionable way to raise capital for new ideas. Traditionally for artists, film makers and musicians using the early crowdfunding platforms, the industry has evolved considerably in 2011 to embrace much, much more.
